Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale/discounted items
- Personal hygiene products once opened
- Custom or made-to-order items (headboards)
- Items damaged through misuse
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to orders@primepickssa.co.za. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
