1. About Us Prime Picks SA (primepickssa.co.za) is a South African online retail store selling electronics, home & living, health & beauty, and furniture products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received
- We accept payment via PayFast (card, EFT, Ozow)
- We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable
3. Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa only
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Custom/made-to-order items (e.g. headboards): allow 6–8 working days
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes
- Delivery fees are displayed at checkout
- Free delivery on orders over R499
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external circumstances
4. Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Sale prices apply only while stock lasts
- In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order

7. Limitation of Liability Prime Picks SA is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
